The Client

The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) is an EU agency dedicated to providing research-based findings and knowledge to help develop social and work-related policies. They aim to support EU institutions, member states, and social partners in creating effective social policies.

How well we work and how well we live in Europe are topics that concern us all. The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) provides research-based findings and knowledge to help develop social and work-related policies. 

Communicating about European-policy related research is a complex and multifaceted challenge. Especially when that topic is one that affects us all in different ways. The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions – or Eurofound for short – provides research-based findings and knowledge to help develop social and work-related policies.

The Process

We provided a wide range of strategic communications services to Eurofound as well as audiovisual production and graphic design services. From designing its new visual identity to creating a suite of multiplatform communications products, we used the latest communication and design trends to share Eurofound’s important research findings with its diverse audiences.

As holders of this 4 year single party framework for multimedia promotion and design services, we worked closely with Eurofound’s information and communications teams to deliver significant results. Throughout this work we demonstrated an understanding of the context Eurofound operates in, the respective communication preferences of its stakeholders and target audiences, and the constraints and realities Eurofound faces as a public organisation in terms of project and budget management. Our work ensured Eurofound could position and communicate its key messages and analysis in the most effective way at both a member state and EU level.
